M-Audio Keystation 61es MIDI Controller Reviews & Prices | Equipboard®
M-Audio Electronic Keyboards with 61 Keys. A simple keyboard controller and well made. The manual is good and the keyboard is intuitive. When I can't get to a real organ to practice, these at least give me the ability to work on manuals at home or on the road. In my case, I am using these for the software GrandOrgue, a virtual pipe organ software. What I practice on these, I can easily play on the real organs I play.

I do plan to do this eventually, but for now, I'll deal with 4" instead of 2" between manuals stacking them directly on top of each other. May be is a bit of clickbait the title but i thing the relation between price and quality is the best you can find in the stores!
I have also successfully been able to keystatiln the modulation wheels when I need to control a toggle function on the software, such as a piston or tab switch. They don't seem thin, and they're semi-weighted, giving the action of a real piano. It gives me what I need without the un-needed extras. I don't trust USB connections, the latency issues can be discouraging; it's fine for powering the device, though. It could be a little more flexible in terms of drums, arbitrary Midi events, an d the keys are, well, a little small and as I said a matter of getting used to.
The keys have held up great.

In my workflow I only use the keys and mod wheel which still seems fineso I just have the pitch bend and volume messages filtered out. A bit stiff on the keys, but delivers dynamic sound. Works without a flaw and didn't have to download or install ee drivers to make it work!!
In this video at 6: I use the Keystation for most of my live keyboard needs, mostly kegstation it runs so well with Logic Pro X. One of them was the ability for a sustain pedal, like a real piano.
Simple MIDI controller, first one I've ever owned and it has worked well throughout the years of my productions.

You may also like. For me - because I used to play piano - I need to feel that kind of piano vibe. The value for money is not bad, how all the M-audio gear that I bought. I have not found that to be a hindrance.
