If you are facing the left side of the unit, pressing this latch inward by grabbing the top of the panel as if you were going to pull it off by force naturally presses in the latch, opening the case. I plan on downloading the drivers to this comp and then transferring them to the Gateway comp using a 1GB USB removable drive. Okay I will look more into this, hopefully it is no biggie.
